TAM Will be part Customer Success team and provide proactive advice and guidance to help customer and
internal team to identify and address potential problems before they occur. If any problem arises, TAM is
there to own the issue and engage the best resources to resolve it as quickly as possible with minimal
disruption to customers business.
Required skills:
- Tech wise you should be a devops generalist who understands devops domain, all major clouds,
k8s, containers, monitoring, logging, alerting solutions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer sensitivity and empathy
- Sensitive towards business goals
Responsibilities:
