Our AI agents work alongside your team across CI/CD, GitOps, observability and security. They investigate incidents, remediate failures, optimize cost and ship changes safely.
Because they have full context on your clusters, pipelines and deployment history, they can tell you why a deployment failed, suggest the fix and roll back a bad release. Your platform team sets the guardrails for what they're allowed to do, and every action is logged.
Teams from early-stage startups to large enterprises use Devtron to build, deploy and run applications on Kubernetes with less manual work.

Co-founder & CEO
Rajesh Razdan
Has the final say. Prefers it to be the right one.
Rajesh sets where Devtron is headed and spends a good part of everyday checking it's still the right heading: talking to customers, reading the market and pressure-testing plans before the company commits to them. Places a few big bets at a time, and asks a lot of questions before placing any of them.

Product Head
Abhibhaw Kumar Asthana
Says no to good ideas so the great ones ship.
Abhibhaw decides what Devtron builds next and, just as importantly, what it doesn't. He turns customer calls, support tickets and roadmap debates into specs engineering can act on, then watches how features are actually used once they ship. Keeps a backlog of good ideas that are patiently waiting their turn.

COO
Manish Varma
If it isn't engineering, it's probably on his desk.
Manish runs the business side of Devtron: finance, contracts, vendors, compliance and the operating rhythm that keeps every team pointed the same way. When a deal needs closing, a process needs fixing or a number doesn't add up, it lands with him. His spreadsheets reconcile. Every time.

Engineering Lead
Viveka Nand Pandey
Holds the bar. Calmly, and consistently.
Viveka leads the engineering team through architecture decisions, code reviews, sprint planning and the occasional honest conversation about scope. He makes sure what ships is something the team will be glad to maintain a year from now. Rarely raises his voice, and rarely needs to.

Field CTO
Gaurav Malhotra
Speaks fluent Kubernetes, and fluent customer.
Gaurav sits between Devtron and the teams that run it. He works with customers' platform engineers on architecture and rollouts, turns what they need into product feedback, and brings back the edge cases no roadmap predicted. Has probably seen a cluster setup like yours before, along with a few you'd rather not hear about.

Backend
Asutosh Das
Customers never see his work. That's the review he's after.
Asutosh works on the backend services behind Devtron's deployments and integrations: the layer that has to behave correctly every single time so nothing above it has to think about it. By his measure, the best feature is one that never generates a support ticket.

Backend
Prakash Kumar
Hard infrastructure problems go in. Features come out.
Prakash takes on the messier corners of Kubernetes, such as networking, multi-cluster setups and tools that were never designed to work together, and turns them into features that feel simple to use. Tends to pick up the ticket everyone else is quietly hoping someone else will take.

Founder’s Office
Aanchal Ratra
Hires the people, then keeps the paperwork out of their way.
Aanchal runs hiring from first conversation to first day, then owns the people side of Devtron after that: onboarding, policies and the processes nobody notices until they're missing. She also works directly with the founder’s office on whatever needs a decisive owner this quarter. Her job description has a long “and anything else” section, and she's fine with that.

Backend
Shivam Nagar
Where “it should work” becomes “it works”.
Shivam builds and hardens backend features, and spends as much time on retries, timeouts and failure handling as on the happy path. When there's a gap between the design doc and how things behave in production, he's usually the first to find it, and the one who closes it.

Backend
Arun Jain
Keeps the core fast, and notices when it isn’t.
Arun looks after performance and reliability in Devtron's core services: profiling, tuning queries and making sure the platform stays responsive as customers grow from a handful of clusters to hundreds. Has a habit of spotting a slowdown before the dashboards do.

Backend
Satya Prakash Sasini
Builds what everything else leans on.
Satya works on the foundations the rest of the product is built on: APIs, data models and shared components. It's the kind of work that only gets noticed when it's missing, so he makes sure it never is. Holds strong opinions on naming, and stronger ones on backward compatibility.

QA
Mayank Raj
Gets paid to find the customer’s worst day, early.
Mayank tests every release against the scenarios customers hope never to meet: failed rollbacks, half-applied configs, upgrades on clusters that have seen things. He writes the automated suites, breaks builds on purpose and signs off only once he's run out of ways to break them. Professionally pessimistic, in the best possible way.

DevOps
Pawan Kumar
Release days are quiet because of him.
Pawan manages customer deployments and upgrades, from planning the rollout to watching it land. The real work happens days before, which is why release day itself is usually uneventful. He considers “uneventful” the highest compliment there is.

DevOps
Rishabh Tayal
Between “merged” and “live”, there’s Rishabh.
Rishabh owns the road code takes to production: build pipelines, release automation and every environment in between. When something gets stuck on its way out the door, he knows exactly which step it's stuck on, and why. Has little patience for flaky pipelines, so he fixes them.

DevOps
Yashasvi Pareta
Notices at 3am so nobody else has to.
Yashasvi looks after monitoring, alerting and on-call for customer environments, tuning alerts so the important ones get through and the noisy ones don't. Often already working an incident before the customer knows there is one. Treats a quiet pager as a goal, not luck.

Operations
Isha Bhardwaj
Makes the complicated parts of the company look simple.
Isha keeps Devtron's internal machinery moving: coordinating across teams, tracking what we've promised customers and making sure nothing falls through the gaps between handoffs. If a process here runs smoothly, there's a fair chance she quietly rebuilt it at some point.

Admin ops
Sujeet Kumar Verma
Handles travel, office life and IT, so the rest of the team doesn’t have to.
Sujeet books the flights, sets up the laptops, keeps the office running and solves small problems before they turn into anyone's afternoon. New joiners usually meet him on day one, by which point everything already works. Also, started building agents lately.
