About the role:

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with our product engineering team to deploy and support new features and services. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and scalability of our infrastructure. From troubleshooting network and platform issues to implementing cutting-edge cybersecurity measures, your contributions will directly impact our product's performance and customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the product engineering team to deploy and support new features
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure system stability
• Troubleshoot network and platform issues promptly
• Perform and monitor application deployments with a focus on scalability
• Develop/maintain custom tools/scripts to optimize processes and enhance existing tooling
• Document system design and procedures comprehensively
• Set up and manage essential IT infrastructure across Azure/GCP/AWS/On-premise
• Implement mechanisms to continuously monitor and optimize processes to minimize infrastructure costs
• Identify and deploy robust cybersecurity measures through continuous vulnerability assessments
• Lead incidence management and root cause analysis
• Foster clear communication and coordination within the team and with customers.
• Drive continuous improvement by building robust CI/CD pipelines and automation of processes.
• Enhance the release management process for enterprises as well as open source

What You’ll Need:

• Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree with a BE/BTech preferably in CS/ IT
• Total Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in highly scalable enterprise-class products.
• 3+ years of Linux OS and microservices experience
• Proficient scripting skills (Shell / Python / GoLang)
• Strong troubleshooting abilities
• Hands-on experience with various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong hold on cloud services working and concepts
• Strong hold on critical DevOps concepts: Docker, Containerization, CI/CD pipelines, Microservice architecture, Git, Kubernetes, IAAC tools.
